Return Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your BEX ROX purchase. However if for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a merchandise credit applicable to a future order. Item must be returned within 7 working days of receipt from BEX ROX.
Credit will be in the retail amount of the merchandise only, including any sales tax and will NOT include the cost of original shipping and handling. We are not able to accept any returns for credit from items purchased in a retail store or other website.
Please be sure to include the following with your return:
- Copy of your receipt
- Telephone number and address
- Reason for return
For your protection, please fully insure your item and ship by a means with which you will receive a tracking number, as BEX ROX is not responsible for any losses or damage to items we do not ship.
Repairs
We are happy to repair any item damaged as a result of normal wear within 90 (ninety) days from date of purchase. This repair will be at no cost to the customer on the condition that item has not been subjected to abnormally severe use, determined by any large abrasions, scratches or other significant damage.
Outside of the 90 (ninety) days, we will be happy to make repairs for a reasonable service fee.
