Click on the style you wish to purchase to view the individual product page for full product information including the price, available sizes and more images of your chosen item. Select the size you require and click on "Add to Shopping Bag". When you are ready to pay, click on "Check-Out" and you will be taken to the secure payment pages hosted by PayPal Websites Payments Pro.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation once we have checked that the requested item(s) are in stock and verified that your payment has been accepted. Please note that we cannot process any orders that fail to obtain payment authorization.
Prices and charges
All prices can be viewed in GBP, Euros and US$, and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. Our website is linked to xe.com so exchange rates are updated daily to enable customers to access accurate price information when viewing prices in Euros and US$. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Customers purchasing from countries outside of the EU will not be charged UK VAT for their purchase but may incur relevant import duty and tax.
As an additional service to our customers and to ensure that your delivery is not delayed by customs clearance procedures, we include duties in the final purchase price. For further advice, please contact us by email or telephone the boutique during opening hours.
Prices displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. We reserve the right to alter the prices and offers listed on the website. In the event of pricing errors, customers will be notified and can choose a refund or exchange. BEX ROX reserves the right to cancel any orders and refund the amount paid for goods.
Which methods of payment are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit/Electron, Switch/Maestro and Solo. Payment will be debited from your account once the order has been processed and authorized by your card-issuer. You will be notified by email if your card has not been accepted for any reason. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order in the case of non-authorization. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept American Express cards online.
If you wish to pay by American Express, please send us an email order with your contact details and we will be in touch. Delivery charges are the same for mail / telephone / email orders.
All credit card transactions are processed using secure means using PayPal's Websites Payment Pro system. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure and we do not store any credit card details, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
What happens to my personal information once I have registered?
We believe that each shopping experience with BEX ROX should be a personal one. Any information provided to us will be held securely on our system and will not be shared with any third parties.

Prices shown for UK and EU delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. USA and Rest of the World delivery charges exclude VAT.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK Standard orders will take approximately 2-3 working days
Europe orders will take approximately 5-7 working days
USA orders will take approximately 5- 10 working days
Rest of the World orders will take approximately 10 working days
Your order will be dispatched once we have confirmed that your desired style is in stock and that your payment has been approved. We will endeavour to process your order on the same working day or at least by the next working day.
All our products arrive to the specified address and require a signature on receipt. Please take care in opening the package and that you try on your jewellery on receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the size or colour of the jewellery you can either request for a full refund or exchange for another piece.
To request a refund/exchange, please notify us by email or telephone +44 (0) 20 7792 9671 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please state the style name, colour, size, your full name and contact details, as well as whether you wish to have an exchange or refund. If your required size is unavailable, you can choose a refund or exchange for another style.
Late returns will be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. Approved refunds will be credited to the credit card used during the original transaction within 30 days. Customs duties and sales taxes will only be refunded to customers with a delivery address within the EU.
We will only accept jewellery that is unworn and with the original packaging, If the jewellery is marked or worn no refund will be issued and the jewellery will be returned to you at your cost. Only merchandise purchased at full-price will be entitled to refunds. Sale purchases are final and will only be exchanged or repaired at our cost if there is a manufacturing fault.
All sale items are non refundable.
If something is not in stock can I be put on a waiting list?
If something is not in stock you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a custom order. Custom orders need to be paid in full and we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these.
