Feel the Beat


Last and by no means least is our final pose of the series, Feel the Beat.

POSE: Sit in a comfortable crossed leg position/ lotus or half lotus (option to stand). Focus is on touching each part of the body on beat and bringing a new awareness to movement.

Start with both hands out to side, shoulder height. Then swing right hand to tap left hand, left shoulder, right shoulder then back out.

Repeat left hand to tap right hand, tap right shoulder, tap left shoulder and out. Repeat flow.
