Vajra/ Thunderbolt Pose
It’s time to Show your Jewels in this weeks latest Voga pose.
POSE: Begin in a squat with hips resting on heels. Gradually raise your hips off your heels, squeezing your thighs and rising to a standing position. Alternate your arms flicking a hand and showing your ring finger. Keep elbows connected and just allow the hands to flick forward and back to shoulder alternately.
BENEFITS: Develops a sense of balance and grounding, strengthening thighs and legs, centres the body and stimulates digestion, conditions pelvic muscles. Brings awareness to posture.
